  : Great location, nearby lots of restaurants, aprrox 100m from metro and 50m from shopping streets. Most major attractions were walkable in 15 -20 mins. Staff were very helpful, provided us with a really good list of restaurant and bar recommendations, which were very good. Bed was comfy, shower was powerful.
  : There were a few issues with the finishing of the rooms, safe not secured to wall. Scratches on the wall from bedside tables.We also couldn't get the jacuzzi to work. There was a fair amount of work going on in the building, which starts at about 9 am, which was fine for us, but if anyone fancies a lie in, then it is not ideal. The lights seemed to flicker quite a lot, which we couldn't work out why.

  : Was ok size, and pretty clean
  : there was drilling by workers right above our room everyday 8am onwards for the full 5days, not really what your wanting on your holidays getting woke upto that, then one of the women that worked there chapping our door asking for the electrician to come in 9.30/10am when we were getting ready to go out not great

  : We were not offered breakfast or told about it.
  : The receptionist let us into the room and then gave us a key to the door. We put our luggage down and then went to dinner We came back only to find that our key would not open the door. The receptionist went home and there was no one in the office. I called 7 times to the emergency number that was posted throughout the building, I texted several times and got no response at all. Being locked out with no luggage and no phone charger in a foreign country is really uncomfortable. We finally thought to go to the building directory and woke up the building supervisor. (The hotel is rooms in a building, not sure who all lives in that building.) They were not pleased. They tried the key also and the door would not open. They did have an alternate phone number to call and were able to get into the locked hotel office to get an alternate key which did open the door. The hotel management did not apologize, took no responsibility for locking us out of our room for nearly two hours and took nothing off the bill. After even asking for them to make their mistake right, they still didnt take responsibility (no integrity) and offered a discount for the next time we go back there to stay (as if we would ever stay there again). I would not stay here because there is no management present at night and they dont Nswer their emergency phone.

  : Nothing really. Its not a hotel so no lobby or other facilities - but thats fine as we were out and about all day anyway. But it would have been nice to have a chair something to sit on.
