  : Our family travels a lot and we always prioritize 4 things in this order of preference when it comes to hotels / apartment rentals. 1- Location & Safety, 2- Comfort & Amenities, 3 - Cleanliness, 4 - Staff / Customer Service. This apartment met all of these requirements with good or better ratings.Our stay at MyTALE Apartment was good for several reasons. First, our flight into Rome arrived about 4 hours prior to check-in and the staff was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage at their main office (about 15 minutes away from the apartment) for free so we could enjoy our time in Italy. Second, the apartment is on the highest floor and although small, has a functional lift. Third, we stayed during peak summer and the air-conditioning in the apartment worked AMAZING! Never felt hot once you stepped inside the vacation home. Lastly, there is a long and narrow outdoor terrace that overlooks a main square towards the spanish steps and offers a great view! Despite the flaws mentioned, we had a good stay and would recommend MyTALE to other travelers to Rome!
  : There were some minor things that we had to overlook with this rental. First, the shower was not very clean, with some mold growth, and the water temperature was VERY inconsistent. Water from the shower head was blistering hot one moment, the next super cold and all occuring without touching the shower valve. And don't dare flush the toilet while someone is in the shower... Second, the beds are uncomfortable and super firm making it difficult to get quality rest after all of the walking you will do in Rome. Lastly, the host provided no physical keys, requiring us to access the apartment via a secure link on a website. While this approach worked, it was painful because our data service in Italy was limited to 4G LTE speed and the website would take a long time to load before the door could be unlocked.

  : We liked the location and the balcony overlooking Piazza Mignenelli. There were wonderful street performers - opera, violin, saxphone along with a few Italian restaurants right outside of the building.
  : The unit does NOT look like the pictures, it appears to be a luxury accomodation and really isn't. Most of the decor in the pictures had been removed, including the rug in the living room. There were no linens for the pull-out couch - had to call about that. There were no instructions for anything - those would have helped immensely. Couldn't figure out where items were or how they worked. We've travelled Europe a lot and usually don't have issues with figuring something out but I had to text/call a couple of times during the stay.

  : The location was just perfect and absolutely the best part about this apartment! Accessing the door is pretty easy if you are good with technology but not recommended for those who are not familiar with tech. AC works very well and all basic facilities were there. I highly recommend especially for those who are searching for 1 bedroom!
  : The only issue we had was the wifi connection because sometimes the wifi speed was low or was not working at all. Also for those who need to use international plugs, don't forget to bring the adaptors. The bed & duvet sheet was little bit confusing because the cotton is not inside the sheet it's just covered by 2 sheets but you get used to it. In addition, the check out is very early 10am and not negotiable!

  : Best location ever! Right in the center, but high enough not to hear the noise Good functioning air conditioning! Super important at summer time The lift is perfect for traveling with a baby in straller

  : The location was excellent. Very close to all the attractions and the Spagna Metro was less than a five minute walk. Taxi stand in the front of the building. Comfortable bed. Quiet enough. Giorgio was easy to reach and tried to be helpful but was at another location so we never saw him.
  : With the very long terrace on the fourth floor, I thought there would be a view but the view was of a huge advertisement on scaffolding across the way. There are not a lot of amenities including glassware or kitchen items like dish towels or clean sponges or cooking dishes. The kitchen seemed like an afterthought. We finally found the utensil draw at the bottom the oven. The coffee maker didn't make very good coffee. They provided more pods on request. It wasn't a Nespresso like you see in most apartments. Toiletries included bar soap and shower gel/shampoo combo. Pillows were flat and hard. There were no instructions for a funky small top loading washer that stayed on throughout the night keeping us awake. We were told the apartment didn't include instructions. There was no dryer.

  : The location of the hotel is great and it is right next to Spanish steps. The host was prompt in answering my questions and provided solutions in a timely manner.
  : - checkin time is really late at 4pm. The host was kindly enough for letting us store the baggage at their other location which is 1.5km away from the hotel. For early arrivers, 4pm check in is not convenient. - the room does not look like the pictures. A lot of the decors in the pictures are not in the property. - the elevator was not working during our stay. It was a big challenge for us to carry all baggage to climb up 4 floors. This is the issue with the building, not the hotel. - lack of instruction to use the facilities. Air condition is difficult to turn on, and the host had to send someone to help us. The washing machine is not functioning. The hair dryer only last a few seconds. - lots of street noise during the night and early morning. It is not good for light sleepers, but obviously not the fault of the hotel. - only one set of towels were provided, it is not convenient for travellers staying multiple nights.

  : Great location and being able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go bye was great.Quite a spacious apartment for two, and the A/C is a god send in the hot summer months.Plenty of very large soft white towels are provided and the washing machine came in quite handy. All in all a great apartment in an even better location. Will definitely be back.
  : The apartment was lovely but it would be a good idea if they provided a tea towel and cloth in the kitchen.But everything else that you may need is there in the apartment.

  : Location.Great , very central.4 sets of french windows opening onto narrow terrace that runs full length of apartment.
  : Online key entrance system.I understand that this is a very secure system.Just took a bit of getting used to.
