  : As soon as we arrived the property was cleaned very well, heated up for us and the location was central. everything was within reach there also was a pizzeria in front of the apartment. And an amazing restaurant Alfredo 2 mins away. piazza the spagnia was about 6 minutes away!
  : The property was on the 5th floor and there is no lift available. Stairs need refurbishment. Also there is NO wifi available.

  : The location is really good, everything was very close!
  : The apartment dont have internet, wich is weird in our days! There was dust everywhere and all other stuff in the house old and there was a specific smell! For less money and with good location we had better experience one year ago!

  : The girl that was waiting for us was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very spacious especially for Rome, where the hotel rooms in the city center are about 12-16 sq.m.
  : So many stairs to reach the house, to be exact we climbed 112 steps to reach the apartment. It says 4rth floor but the feeling was like we climbed at 6th floor. The towels and bedsits were really old. They left only two toilet papers for 4 days (two people).

  : Amazing location in the center of Rome. Apartment is in old building so vintage vibes is a plus, but some outdated furniture needs replacement.
  : no wifi, tv was not working properly, it was really scary to accidently touch mirror or shelf in the bathroom, because they barely holding on. The property is on the 5th floor and there is no lift available.

  : Great location near Pantheon and over a dozen superior restaurants very close to apartment. The apartment has AC and Wi-Fi. The apartment is even bigger than it looks like in the pictures and very nicely furnished. Bed is big and comfy.
  : Locks where tricky to open. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator and the stone stairs are quite worn out. Also theres lot of noise coming from the street.

  : Location was excellent. Although, I would look for another property in a similar area.
  : I would not stay here again. There are major works going on both inside and outside of the apartment and it is not possible to open the shutters (some of which dont work anyway on the bottom) thus leaving you in the dark. The apartment door has clearly been kicked in before and has been fitted with a new lock. There is no handle on the bedroom door and the toilet door does not close. The bed is comfortable but there is no mattress protector on it and only one sheet underneath you so you can see that it is dirty. The bathroom smells of sewage and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were left for 5 nights. There are also 5 floors to climb without an elevator. Beware if needing a late check in, our flight was delayed and we were informed that it would not be possible to check in after 1am, we thankfully arrived at 00:57am in a panic as otherwise we would have had to find alternative accommodation for the night.
