  : Owner was friendly and polite and available to answer questions. She was at the apartment most of the time but, even when out, she was quick to respond to messages. We had our own private bathroom, and a selection of breakfast options (including cereal, milk, yoghurt, juice, breads, butter, cakes and cookies) were offered for free as part of the package. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped for cooking. The apartment was also serviced (I.e., the bed was made, and the room and bathroom cleaned while we were out).
  : Was not quite what we expected... We were under the impression that we would get a more private space, but the apartment was shared with 2 other guests/couples and the owner. We had a bathroom to ourselves which was good, but the shower head seemed to vacillate between boiling hot and ice cold (especially if other people were running hot or cold water in a different room). Also, after graciously allowing me to use the washing machine, the owner later asked me by email to pay a fee of €3.50 (I had assumed that use of the washing machine was included in the price of the apartment). The location was not quite as close to public transport options as we would have liked. It was a 20 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the metro (but then only about 10 minutes into the CBD).

  : After we booked the apartments, the owner proposed us to choose another option- to stay in San Lorenzo Milus. It was said that it’s more modern and comfortable and closed to the city center. We agreed. When we arrived the apartment seemed to be rather good, but we couldn’t realize that we won’t have even simple conveniences. There was no hot water at all! The water was like an ice and the owner couldn’t help us with this issue. We couldn’t even have shower after a long road!! Thanks God it was just one night!!! The apartment itself is rather cold, we slept in clothes. No kettle, no coffee. The audibility was like you try to sleep in the street! There are several night clubs along the street, you can hear everything what is happening there. The area closed to Termini station is not very safe, so not well-situated. To get the apartment from the metro or train station you need to walk through the tunnel. So my advice - don’t agree to stay in San Lorenzo Milus!!! Do not book it.

  : Easy come, easy go B&B in a private appartment. Clean, no frills, good wifi, friendly host, comfy bed.Next to Cristo Re Hospital, free parking in the - a bit narrow - streets around the house.

  : that in the kitchen there is a balcony where you may have a smoke.
  : when we returned from a trip to the city around 5 pm and wanted to take a shower we found out that it was cleaning time, so we had to wait for almost an hour for the bathroom and the shower. then other tenants cooked something in the kitchen for another hour so we had to wait again. also, during our absence somebody opened the locked room and not only cleaned it, but re-arranged furniture and moved the fridge, which was weird.

  : Bathroom was in the room and smelled bad all the time. No proper breakfast served, just a small cake and yoghurt with coffee.
