  : It is not a hotel, as it seems to be when you book the accommodation. It was hard to find the property, there was no one to welcome us and the buzzer was not working. We had to call to the number on the buzzer to get into our room, our check in and check out were completely remote. The location is not good as well, around 20min walking from the nearest metro station. In the property policies, it was described that we could pay the city tax with credit/debit card or cash. However, when we got into our room, there was a note in the desk saying that we should leave the exact amount of money there (cash only), cause there was no change available. As we were traveling only with cards, we left a note to the host explaining the situation and asking for a payment link so we could pay the city tax accordingly, since no one was there to help us during the check in, neither the check out, and no POS terminal was available in the property. Right after our check out, we got a message from the host saying that we must return to the accommodation immediately to pay for the city tax, or he would go to the police to fill up a report about us. We explained the situation a lot of times, asking for the payment methods agreed in the confirmation email, but the host did not collaborated and kept threatening us that he would go to the police and file a report about us. We called the support of Booking.com several times and they did absolutely nothing about it, saying that the host could choose the payment methods, even if credit/debit card was one of the option already chosen by them during our booking process.The threats only stopped when we went to a police station to report the situation. The host also refused to tell us his name so we could inform the police. This host does not honor anything that its mentioned on the terms and policies provided to the guests. It was the worst experience we ever had.

  : The location is good and the rooom is decent.
  : There are bars in windows that are locked. This a huge safety hazard in case of fire. We felt very unsafe during our stay. This is something that should be addressed.
