  : The bedroom room itself was clean and neat, located in a nice suburb with easy access to good quality food. Good location for walking to local attractions and easy to get to the city via public transport.
  : There we a number of issues with this accommodation. Firstly, the advertising blurb informs you that Magik rooms provides a full English/Irish breakfast which is not accurate. On arrival we asked the staff member about the breakfast and were informed that they didnt offer this. When followed up with the host on booking.com we were informed there were additional costs for this but it could be arranged which is not what the advertisement implies. This is false advertising. It also states there is a microwave which there wasnt (either in our room or the shared kitchen area) which i was also unimpressed by as i couldnt reheat meals for my kids. The bathroom was the other significant issue. Our room had a separate private bathroom which was fine, containing a shower over bath and toilet/bidet. The bathroom was extremely mouldy, which had obviously not been cleaned recently as a simple wipe with toilet paper had the mould coming off easily. This did not fill me with confidence. The shower itself was also problematic. The lever which switches the water from the bath to shower is faulty. When running a bath for my children it spontaneously switched over to the shower which saw me saturated whilst fully dressed, also wetting the dry towels and clothing. The shower is also unreliable with the water temperature alternating between hot and cold throughout the shower. It is also not suitable if you are tall. My husband is 6foot and in order to have the hand held shower hose high enough on the rail to get under, it cuts off the water as the hose is too short. When we reported the above issue to the staff we were told dont use the shower that high, and that they would look at it the next day, but i have no idea if this was done as no one communicated with us and the issues remained for the second night. As our last two days in Italy after 3 amazing weeks i was extremely disappointed.

  : Location of property was superb! All main highlights were on walking distance. Lots of restaurants were nearby. The room was nice, with comfortable bed. Cleanliness was at high level. There was an AC and a ceiling fan. The owner was curteous and helpful.
  : As much as we enjoyed our stay, some details worth a mention. The shower cabin was very small and flimsy. Being a tall person I had trouble in there. The hot water of the shower was irregular with short moments of cold portions. The storage cabinet has only one shelf and 3 hangers. The power outlets were a mystery. While charging of our low power devices like phones and watches, the power outlets were shutting down. The three rooms had a nice common vestibule room, with bathroom just opposite our door. Apparently there were rooms without private bathrooms. We had noisy neighbours with a child.

  : The room was really clean and the staff really welcoming!
  : The heating was too hot for late February. I had to close the heating and open the window for a lot of time to feel okay sleeping there. There was not a bag drop.
