  : The location is brilliant, you are within 20 to 35 minutes walking from most of Rome's main attractions. You are in the centre of a very lively area full of restaurants, bars and more. You are met when you arrive and are provided with a great overview, take notes as there is a lot of good info. As we were there in summer all air conditioners worked well but as the night cools, you can dispense with them. In fact, we had breakfast in our apartment in the mornings with the windows opened and it was great. BTW all windows are double glazed so no issues with the noise of the very lively streets
  : There are two bathrooms so two showers, one the shower rose makes the water come out as jets, so a bit painful. The other the shower is one of those were the shower rose is on a flexible hose, unfortunately there is no where to hook the shower rose which means you have to hold it all the time. Secondly, of the two toilets, one does not flush properly.

  : The location was amazing, eazy to get around, good restaurants and a lively night life.
  : There was room for improvement in overall tidiness and in the bathrooms. We had some issues with the other toilet not flushing, and hot water, but we got help from the host on both things.

  : Location is in the heart of Trastevere. There are a few flights of stairs and no elevator. The apartment was mostly quiet but if it gets too roudy on the street at night you can hear it. Air conditioning works well, which was a welcome break during the heat. Lot's of cupboard space.
  : Having two bathrooms was nice. Both are rather tight. Couches were a bit worn, but unit is reasonably well outfitted.

  : This is a truely exceptional property based right in the heart of Trastevere. The apartment was well appointed, filled with Italian characteristics and charm. The location was brilliant, situated on a busy and popular lane filled with excellent dining options, great retail stores as well as local street paddlers, churches, town square & fountain to name but a few. The accomodation itself was comfortable, sound proof and filled with everything youd hope for in a holiday rental. Great communication from owners and Raffaele who met us on-site was super friendly and helpful. Many of Romas must see landmarks are within easy walking distance eg: The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and other places like The Colosseum and Vatican City were short commutes away. Overall, an exceptional, quality place to stay and when we return to Rome, we hope to rent it again!!!!

  : Absolutely brilliant location at the centre of Travestere nightlife. Trastevere itself is a great place to be for a lively stay. The apartment is a decent size with two bath/shower rooms. Both beds were comfortable. The private terrace is very pleasant and catches the sun The place is air-conditioned, though we didn't need it due to the time of year. Rome's attractions are 20 minutes walk away, with the Vatican a half-hour stroll along the Tiber.
  : While the apartment was tidy on our arrival, both bathrooms are mouldy, which could easily be fixed. In addition, we had to wash plates and glasses before we could use them. Some lightbulbs were out and had not been replaced. The kitchen could be better equipped for those who like to cook in-house. We needed to buy many basics such as washing sponges, bin bags, washing-up liquid, and tea-towels (there was only one), that we would expect to be provided at this price. This is not actually a dislike but instead a heads-up. The street outside is very lively and noisy through the night - and I mean until around nine in the morning since as soon as revellers quieten down the bottle-emptying, trash-collecting and street-sweeping starts. The windows though are good at keeping noise out. Again, be aware, the flat is on the fourth-floor, so a fair climb (though good stairs).
