  : Very spacious for 5 people, good quality sofa bed, excellent location right near the Spanish Steps. Host was very responsive and allowed us to drop our luggage before check in time
  : Nothing major, some of the bathroom could do with upgrading (eg toilet flush and shower head) but didnt bother us

  : The location doesn't get any better- a short walk to train and Spanish steps. It is on a the beautiful street with amazing cafe's, it was perfect for us! The apartment itself was nice, spacious and clean.
  : The only draw back to our stay here was the key exchange. We arrived promptly on time for check-in but was having trouble getting in touch with the host and the keys weren't there. Luckily, we ran into the previous tenant and was able to get the keys from them (maybe 10 minutes after check in time) so it was all good, but we had tired kids with us to that 5-10 minutes of not knowing how long it would take to get in were stressful. Maybe it was a miscommunication on the previous tenant and not the hosts fault at all, but I wish the host would have be available during that time. Otherwise, it was all good, hosts later responded and were very responsive during the say itself. (They also let us leave our bags at the apartment earlier than check in which was a HUGE help! )

  : The property did not reflect the photos posted. The kitchen was very small. The bathroom tap was leaking and there was a horrible smell. Mouldy but painted over. The property was advertised with bathrobes, a toaster and a bottle of wine, none of which were provided. The folder containing information about and surrounding area was only available in Italian.

  : In a very central location close to the Spanish Steps. Within walking distance to most places to visit. There are many cafes, bars and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. It is easy to enter and exit the facility. Even though we arrived early, we were able to enter the house. this is very good.
  : The apartment is on the upper floors and the stairs are steep and narrow. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I think it needs renovation. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen. There could have been at least welcome coffee or tea in the kitchen. The sugar packets looked like they were collected from cafes. old and sticky. We didn't want to use it. Heating is done with air conditioning.

  : The location is amazing. The bedrooms and kitchen were super comfortable and accomodating
  : The only complaint I have about this place is the smell of them bathroom. There is bad ventilation in the bathroom which has lead to a wet stuffy smell, making showering a little uncomfortable.
