  : Firstly, we were disappointed with the lack of transparency, as it is not a hotel but rather individual rooms in different apartments. Secondly, there is a serious communication issue, as the host only speaks Chinese. Thirdly, the check-in time was around 2 pm, which I find unusual. Fourthly, the team is ill-equipped, and everything seems outdated, in stark contrast to the rooms showcased on booking. Lastly, since Rome has naturally cold water, taking a shower was impossible, and despite my complaint, it was not addressed; even when I followed up the next day, the manager ignored me completely.

  : The check in process was bizzare! Barely any info given and the poor woman spoke little to no english so it was a confusing process but we got there in the end. Bed wasn't very comfortable and the air con made a constant noise which got annoying

  : Nothing. The photos on here are not representative by any means. The room was sparse and dingy, 5th floor, not a hotel but a room in a tenement block. Absolutely dire. We didn't stay. We booked Novotel and left. It felt unsafe. The area was appaling.
  : We walked for 45 mins to find the address but it wasn't where we were staying. The Chinese lady was difficult to contact, we rang the buzzer, phoned her etc. Finally the door opened and we walked 5 floors to find her, only to be crammed into a rickety old lift with her and marched to a different building. She was demanding 14 euros in cash for city tax, pushing hubby's pockets and shouting. Really intimidating. We couldn't get away fast enough. She barely spoke English. We are on a tour of Europe, on a budget, this was our 5th hotel, all the others have been great.

  : Close proximity to the termini station and cold water in the fridge.The host was very friendly.
  : Although the location was very ideal, it was quite a task to find the guest house itself. We had to spend around 45 minutes going around the building mentioned in Google Maps to find the exact door to enter. Even though several attempts were made to contact the guest house manager, nobody picked up our calls. Finally, the owner of the property found us and recognised us accidentally, and only then we were able to enter the building.

  : The elevator and price were great. Good air con and close to train station. Cold water bottles in the fridge were very good after a sweaty day exploring Rome. Beds comfy.
  : Room much smaller than picture indicated. Bathroom also very small. Washing machine was out of order so could not do any laundry.

  : Great location, especially if you are looking to make use of the Airport bus. The property is about 7 to 8 minutes walk from the Roma Termini station. Basic decent accommodation (don't expect too much comfy). We had some initial hiccups with the host probably because of the language barrier. But later things were settled, proper explanation provided and the stay including the checkout was smooth.
  : The place was bit cramped to accommodate 3 folks. Shower may need a fix for good flow.

  : We liked the very Roma feel in the house. Captule coffee was also nice touch. Lady had a map on this site, that clearly showed where to go for check-in, then she took us to next street. The china lady was very spot on, showed us everything. If you do not understand her then it is your own fault. She probably re-fills the water bottles, but in Rome you get water everywhere and also tap water is drinkable. Since Rome is so grandioso, you will not have time to sleep much anyway, thus the room and price were everything we needed. Street is bit ghetto but not the main ghetto. Room was quiet if you closed windows. It is normal to hear some cars on morning - big city.
