  : The location was close to the station which was good for us as we arrived in Rome via train
  : Unfortunately we had issues with our key not working in the door, which on multiple occasions took us over 20 minutes to get into the room. The staff were helpful in the situation and couldn't fault them.

  : Location, safety, design, smart tv and Jhonny was very helpful. I would definitely stay at irooms again in Rome. Stayed in the iWild room.

  : Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable and the location was good. The staff were also excellent. Bedroom was very clean.
  : Paper thin walls, no staff after 3pm, sink tap was very loud and would only go 100%, a few fixtures and fitting outdated / needing touched up. Lift is temperamental so had to take the stairs. Could hear everything happening in the hallway and doors would make a loud noise when closing.

  : Location was 5 min walk to metro station and 17 min walk to colosseum. Johnny was responsive and helpful to our issues with the room. Room was large and spacious.
  : Ac didnt work until we contacted Johnny. We didnt see a single member of staff our entire 4 night stay. Theyre allegedly there from 8-14. Kind of a weird hotel wannabe airbnb thing? There were questionable stains on our bed frame, we booked through booking.com so we didnt pick our room but we got the iLove room, so the stains were ummm slightly disturbing. Johnny said they were cleaning fluid stains and then later said that they had the upholstrist come by and fix it and that if he had known about it he would have fixed it before but the irooms staff didnt alert him of it. So was it cleaning fluid or did he not know about it? Anyways, sus but I digress. Our shower head was dripping the day we got there so the bath mat that was so nicely folded right under the dripping shower head was put there for aesthetic. Smelled mildewy. Bathroom light is motion sensored but stay on for like 15 minutes after you leave. Sinks water pressure is litterally like the Trevi fountain, gushing. Walls are very very thin, there was construction starting at 8am everyday we stayed there. Like loud loud construction. Even worse after checking in, a neighbor in the nextdoor building was knocking on our wall in like a pattern? Unsure of the neighboring building if its an apartment or business but it was weird that they could hear us and we were whispering. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel, 3 at max. Johnny messaged us the day we left about the city tax and how we needed to pay, but kept sending an email that didnt lead to a portal to pay. Johnny said something about us leaving in the early morning yeah he never asked so idk? And kept saying $48 but the website said $40? Overall, just a weird stay.

  : Fun & comfortable stay for 2 nights. We were super comfortable in the Zen room and enjoyed showering in the cave! Jhonny is as lovely as everyone says and super kindly allowed us to leave luggage at reception after we checked out.
  : Perfect for us but if we had stayed longer I wouldve wanted more space to unpack.

  : Good location being about a ten minute walk from the main train station in Rome. Room was nice, clean, comfortable and Jhonny was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed and helping us with local directions.

  : We liked the closeness to the station - 10 min walk and it was a very nice bathroom. The rooms are a bit whacky, ours had a shower like a cave, a light which imitated a watering can pouring water and artificial grass for a carpet. T
  : There was a bit too much style over substance. We gave up trying to make the lights work!. We would have just loved a kettle and teabags. But it was clean and very comfortable for a fair price.
