  : Delightful proprietor- available, helpful. The property is in an excellent location, close to all types of transport, close to cafes, supermarket, tourist spots. Very secure room.
  : It would have been helpful to have the name of the guest house in a prominent position on the outside of the building.

  : This apartment is located close to Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, which makes it convenient for people using public transit. The apartment itself was clean, but overall quite small. The bathroom was a good size, and we liked the fact that there was a shared kitchen.
  : The area around Roma Termini is not very attractive. Lots of people on the go, so keep an eye out for safety. Once inside the building, the hallway and stairwell looks very dated. Garbage bins were located in the hallways and there was a smell, but it was not as overwhelming as others had suggested.

  : Great location and transportation, near Roma Termini. The landlord had a good introduction to the facilities of the property and briefing of the nearby. Smooth check-in process. Great CPI.
  : Hair dryer didn't work. I took the shower in the morning before left for the airport. I was in a rush, and did not get time to tell the landlord. The room did not provide a chair and I needed to work in bed.
