  : Rooms in a building located close to the metro station - 1 stop from Termini main station. The service was very nice, efficient and communicative. Possibility of earlier accommodation by prior arrangement. Possibility to pay for rooms both by card and cash. Rooms OK, with minor differences compared to the description on Booking, but it was not a problem - not all rooms have refrigerators. Daily cleaning of rooms and replenishment of cleaning products. Possibility to leave luggage on the day of departure. Nearby (approx. 200 m from the hotel) is a large supermarket with good supplies.

  : There is no heating, you had to sleep in a winter coat because it was cold in the room. There is no heating in the hotel, the heating-cooling air conditioner only hums. the tv doesn't connect...

  : Good location within walking distance to Collosseum and many fantastic churches.Close to the station and Metro. Staff were friendly and always contactable. We had an issue with the boiler and it was fixed promptly.
  : It was very good value for money but could do with a few updates. The beds were ok but could do with more comfy mattresses. It needed a few basic repairs like the door handle and shower head.

  : Liked the location and quick response from owner when we arrived to let us in
  : The owner was incredibly rude. When we arrived he was annoyed on the phone that he had to come out to let us in. When we were leaving, he yelled abuse at my husband for asking if we could keep our luggage in the hotel for a few hours after we wanted to check out on our last day even though we had received an automatic email asking if we wanted to do this. He complained we contacted him on his 'personal phone' even though he was our only immediate contact of communication for our stay besides email which did not guarantee a quick response. He made us feel uncomfortable with his aggressive tone and made us feel not welcomed at all during our stay. No customer service skills at all. If he had treated us with more basic kindness, we would have had a much more pleasant stay. Additionally, the shower head was broken, so we could only shower with the head mid torso as it had slid down the pipe. Finally, the toilet could not flush properly. It was so bad I had to push the button multiple times to even get 5 squares of toilet paper do go down (let alone anything else). Not having a good working toilet is not an acceptable facility for essential basic needs.
