  : Accross the road from the termini train station . Great location for convenience .
  : Sadly my first booking .com complaint On arrival asked for cash that because eftpos doesn't work sometimes get a small discount. We had no cash and paid by card ... it worked absolutely fine .1. The streets surrounding the guest house have rubbish everywhere smells of urine and homeless park themselves anywhere. 2. The room was unclean floors oir feet were filthy ,toilet ,bedspread had hair all.over them. Kitchen had nothing to cook with cut with board to even cut on plates cuts etc . How can travellers use this . Yje 2 days we were there the stove top not cleaned and now one cooked . How could they what with. IThe draws were full of broken and dirty maintenance rubbish . Fridge looks like hasn't been cleaned or defrosted for a long time .A sign also in toilet don't flush toilet paper down . So your to use toilet paper and put in bin .... so unhygienic and the bathroom stunk on day 1 of arrival .Water pressure so bad don't bother washing your hair . Loose tap fittings in bathroom . No screens BTW so mosquitoes. 3.day 2 of cleaning room no spair toilet rolls left and towels not changed . Had to ask . 4. Day 2 arrived back to room 4pm no power or water until 11pm at night have sent 3 messages to them asking would there be a reduced rate due to the inconvenience which there was no response so ill be lodging a complaint . Completed darkness in an area full of undesirables which was scary . Been out all day and were desperate for a shower. So arriving back to no power water or air con on a very hot day was not what we were hoping for . No power to charge phones for important travel information we needed for the next day departure. 5. Disregarding my messages shows poor response .Photos I had wouldn't load and only allows to load 4 which doesn't really show the reality of the room

  : No shared kitchen doors hanging off leaking toilet cistern 24 hours a day kept us awake all night how this is available on booking .com is unbelievable. Would not stay here again.
