  : The location was great as it was close to the Vatican City and close to public transport and had plenty of places to eat.
  : The bathrooms had terrible smells as if it was the pipes. The apartment was one of several in a building, that shared a concrete stairway, in which the owner of the property wanted to bill us for damage. It was upsetting as we only carried book bags and the area was shared with other tenants who had bicycles and no one showed us where the lights for the stairwell was, so we used our cellphones. Once we refused to pay for any damage of an area shared by other tenants the property manager agreed it was absurd and did not charge anything.

  : Super close to Vatican, quick walk to Angel bridge, super markets and restaurants close by, friendly staff
  : Kitchen not well equipped (not even a kettle), toaster had to manually be held down to work, plug for microwave lacking, toilet and bathroom in general very badly smelling, old beds, dripping into bucket in second bedroom, flimsy curtain rails that fell on you every time you opened the curtains

  : The location was great the area felt very safe.
  : The bathroom was had a unbearable smell, it made the whole apartment smell of drains it wasnt pleasant. The building next to us had building work being completed which was not disclosed to use prior to booking so being woken up every morning at 7am wasnt fun. The down stairs toilet door was broken, the apartment next to us had a baby so if it wasnt the builders it was the baby, I know that cant be helped but it wasnt relaxing. The stairs in the apartment felt very unsafe as are actually fire exit stairs. when I complained I was told I should of done it sooner and no one else has complained before, not the best response as I can clearly see they have lesson learnt read the reviews.

  : It was so close to shops, restaurants and major sites. The host was extremely attentive and was even standing on the sidewalk to guide us to the apartment.
  : The downstairs bathroom door needed repair and did not open and close properly. The upstairs bathroom toilet seat was loose. Being in the third floor with no elevator was difficult for my elderly mother.

  : Furnishings not as shown on photos especially terrace, and there are beams were you bump your head every time you pass. Electricity not good and water pressure very slow that it take you ages to wash your hair. No oven and no ironing board.
