  : The host doesnt care and only responds if he feels like it. Its a money-make-place at your expense. The neighborhood is dirty and quite run down. There is no reception (although it says Concierge service in the description. Thats just a lie). If youre lucky you get somebody on the phone to let you in. But it costs money because its an international call. Nobody explains anything or welcomes you. Then the keys for the front door didnt work (this seems to have been a problem for over a year and they dont solve it). The TV only has some Italian channels and the signal is so bad, you cant even watch those. The nice looking colored lights on the pics dont work. Lots of things in the rooms dont work or are run down. The whole building is so poorly soundproofed, you are able to hear every little sound (cleaners, other guests). Its almost like being in the same room. Apparently all rooms can be opened with the same key. Once the guests from another room got into our room with their key. The cleaning ladies are your only contact in person but only in the mornings. They are very nice, but only speak Italian and cannot help you much. The only time the receptionist showed up was at the check-out, five days after we arrived. Being aware of all the problems we had, she still charged us the full price without apologizing or making any comments. We just wanted to leave, it was awful.

  : This small hotel/property was very good. We arrived late and called by phone and everything was organized. We were a group of 5 friends and we were comfortable in the room. The bathroom is large and everything is very clean. We only stayed for 2 days and when we returned from walking around the city they had fixed up our room. Good breakfast and good Italian coffee prepared at the moment during breakfast. A metro nearby to move around the city. The place is very quiet. I recommend!
  : The five of us share the same room and for us there were no problems. In the room there is a large double bed and 3 personal beds.

  : Room was nice, food was minimal, bed was comfortable.
  : The office closes at 2pm. we arrived at 4pm with a taxi that just dropped us off and no way to get into our room. We had to sit around until another couple that was staying at the location. We were there for almost an hour. Once in the building, some kid showed up at the same time telling us they sent information to us by email. Problem is no email until we had connection. I just had surgery and needed to lay down and couldn't get in and no way of talking to anyone.

  : The position, it was easy to reach and the easy way to check in/out. I could also leave the luggage there at the check out and pick it up later
  : The room is a bit smaller than expected as well as the bath tube which I expected to be bigger, but it was really not a problem at all.

  : The hot air condition only work for couple of minutes, They didnt clean the room care fully The jacuzzi didnt work Last night we didnt have any hot water and they told us you will have untill 1 houre but nothing changed.The door keys didnt work well.

  : Perfectly situated property. Very clean and comfortable. We are a family of five, children 13,10 & 8 and all had there own single beds and we had a large double in one room. This kept the cost down and meant we could stay just a short distance from central Rome. The metro is a five minute walk and you are in the centre within 10 minutes. Staff are pleasant and communication with property is good. They also allowed us to leave our cases after check out when our flight was delayed.
  : Our only minor complaint is that they should provide some sort of breakfast but as its not set up as a hotel I can see why. Its a minor complaint though. So perhaps some cold meat, yoghurts, cereals and pastries laid out for guests would be good.

  : The apartment was spacious. Pretty good location, near many bus stops and metro.
  : It needs a bit of maintenance: ants all over the apartment, the blankets were filthy, the spa didn't work. We never saw any staff member not even during check in, which was a bit hard to get in as it took a while for someone to answer a phone.
