  : The apartments were clean. The area is nice, lots of greenery.
  : No washing machine, no clothes dryer, no towel warmer in the bathroom. Towels do not dry overnight, towels are not changed when cleaning. Living more than two days in such conditions is uncomfortable. When I asked for disposable slippers, Emanuela said that this was a different class of service. Apparently, all the money saved on slippers is spent on buying the cheapest cheese and ham for breakfast. The metro looks close on the map, but you need to go to it along the highway, or wait for the bus. Even though the landlord lives in the same apartment, we were denied check-in at midnight and we waited at the airport for six hours. The day was fully paid for, so that we did not check in at 12.00, according to the conditions, but at 08.00. It is difficult to call these conditions friendly for residents.

  : location. it took a bus and some walking from the bus station. but the stops were really hard to find. and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

  : The hostess, Emanuela was very kind and helpful. I got locked out of the building and she was kind enough to come and open the building doir for me. She also gave me an extra key since the main key was with my roommate. The room was very clean and comfortable. The toilet had a connected water hose, which was just wonderful. There was a safe inside the room but we didn't need to use it. The breakfast options were practical and lovely. I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodation is near Coop supermarket and very close to the bus station. The neighborhood is queit, safe and friendly.
  : The only let down is the location. The guest house is a 2-min walk from the bus station. You can take the bus to the metro station or just keep riding the bus till you reach your destination. It usually takes around 45 mins to an hour to reach the city center. So, if you are visiting to visit Rome's famous attractions, you will spend some time in the commute. I personally didn't mind it as it allowed me to explore Rome streets more.

  : Cozy apartment in a lovely residential area. A nice option if you want to stay in a quiet location off the tourist track.
  : Although well linked, travelling to the city centre takes about one hour. This is not actually a con, yet something to keep in mind if youre planning on visiting the central attractions.
