  : Great location. Good breakfasts. The lady who served was very nice and always willing to help.
  : The hotel is located underground. There is no sunlight, it is always dark. Not enough fresh air. Not comfortable. Terrible soundproofing. Every morning, the woman who prepares breakfast makes noise with the dishes and it is heard as if there is no wall between you. We chose this hotel because it has breakfasts. Breakfast was not available the first morning because it is Sunday. Although they prepared breakfast for the other guests, one table was set. On the third morning they forgot to prepare breakfast for us. But then they made it. The water in the shower is cold. To get hot water, you need to drain the water for a long time. We waited 10-15 minutes for hot water to run. The general impression is that the hotel is very bad, we walked until late because we did not want to return to the hotel.

  : I didn't like the stay, .May only the location although it is around 10 mins walk to Metro and Bus station
  : It is not hotel ,only few apartments, rooms are not even in the ground floor but under it , so no fresh air , also the room is small with a small bathroom Electricity get off in all the building many times and they have to fix it manually!!Breakfast room is very small and the girl who serve try to help but she can't speak English There is no reception and you only can reach the manager through WhatsApp which give you the check in, check out instructions

  : The location was great, around 15-20 min walk to the Colloseum, there were nice restaurantsand cafes around. The host as well as everyone at the property was really nice.
  : The room is almost fully underground and you get very very little daylight.

  : The location of this stay is very close to the Roman ruins, making it a great spot to stay for travelers. It was relatively straightforward to get the keys and the common area of the apartment is very well decorated and cozy. The rooms are small but clean and comfy.
  : The immediate area around the building is just a bit seedy, it feels safer than the area near the train station, but you should definitely be smart about where you go at night. I had a bit of trouble actually finding the door because there are no signs other than address number that indicate where it is and the instructions were a bit hard to understand. As for the room, I believe we had some electrical issues. Most importantly, the WiFi simply did not work. Only one of the three nights I stayed could I get any connection and even still it was spotty. The TV in the room turned on every night at midnight until we just unplugged it. The air conditioner seemed to work although also had a bizarre schedule to it and even started heating up the room one night despite no input to do so. In addition our shower head had a leak and produced very little pressure. It was a bit stressful to pay our city tax to the woman who I assume is the hostess who would serve breakfast in the common area. We were not sure when she would be in the apartment as there was no desk and no posted hours. Given that I had almost no internet, I had no way to contact her about meeting.

  : It was at a good location, walkable to the bus and metro station. Close to some food restaurants and supermarket too. The staff was superb, very cooperative, jolly, helpful. Felt like a family member.
  : Electricity tripped off a few times during the stay. However there was a way to bring it back on.

  : Staff was very kind. Furnitures look nice;y chosen with good taste.Location is quite central
  : When arrived surprisingly we had to take stairs and go down down. Announcement should state clearly that the room is half underground. Window is under the level of walking people in front of it. There was mold smell. Mold example in picture attached here inside the glass frame of photos. Also announcement should clarify that the external bathroom is shared with another room and can be closed only by the room key.

  : Very poor facility inside the appartment. Toilet flush was getting clogged. Hot water was not functioning. We had to bath in the ice cold water for all the days we stayed there. This is not even a Two Star rated hotel because of the poor plumbing works they have done. Toilet is the basic necessity in any hotel, this itself is not met here. Taps were broken, when complained about the hot water, the manager offered to fix it , but nothing is changed the next day. They need to do a full plumbing work in all the rooms as I saw people from other rooms were also complaining about toilet flush being clogged. Only the location is plus in this hotel, and of course the attender Maria needs a special mention and appreciation, she is so polite, gives good hospitality. She is so good and friendly. However, dont be fooled seeing the low price, its definitely not worth your money
