  : Extremely poorly equipped kitchen ,very old,no towels,no lighters for gas,very old and poor bathroom,showers are dirty, Apartment is very noisy,bad isolation and we could here everything from the street,,,,Agency was not professional, on our request they responded "please buy lighter and what you need "

  : Very good location- the Colosseum is 50-80m from apartment, even visible from the window. Appr. 50m away is a shop that is open 24 hours. Very cosy and nice apartament, very comfortable and big bed.

  : Front door of the building ( so narrow ) and the fact that there is now elevator to the second floor. It was a challenge with the baby stroller :) but .. this is our mistake that we didnt pay attention for the details when we chose this place.

  : My couple and I made a reservation for 5 nights in this place because it has a kitchen, which, to us, is very important because we dont have much money and that allows us to save some hundred euros in food when we are traveling out of our country. We arrived on February the 11th late at night, and Stefano was waiting for us. His treatment was polite. He entered the apartment and showed us the instruction book of the apartment, which includes a series of additional costs that are not visible in the apartments page in booking (25 euros if the apartment is not clean at the checkout - spoiler: it won't be clean in the check in so it will be up to the company of the apartment to charge you if they want to-, and 250 euros in case the keys are lost) and a series of recommendations that might be useful. He told us that in case there is a blackout we would have to go to the ground floor, where the electricity box is located, to solve it, and he showed us the living room. He left the apartment without us being able to check everything and told us to leave the keys on the dining table for the checkout, because he wouldnt be there to take the keys himself. Got to say that he has been very communicative during our unfortunate stay in the apartment. Now, the list of problems that the apartment has that are very smartly hidden by CleanBNB in the pictures: the apartment won't be clean nor near to being clean (but you will pay 50 euros anyways in cleaning concepts), so if you have any hygiene routine you will have a hard time here; the trash can wasnt empty when we arrived; a very suspicious zipper bag with a greenish tone was in the cabinetry; pots, glasses, plates, forks, knifes, everything in the kitchen, overall, was oily and in some cases had rests of food (special mention to the things that were in the oven such as the grill) and no material to clean it;
  : cups were half broken; there is a dancing table in the living room (broken, also); carpets didnt look clean at all; overall, everything dirty; the heater will sometimes (only sometimes) exhale hot air, sometimes it wont and sometimes it will exhale cold air, so you are playing a lottery ticket here, and in all the cases it sounds like a motorcycle, which wont let you sleep (but you will need it in the winter because the building is very old and if you dont use it the apartment will be a functional freezer), but you will have to decide between sleeping or catching a cold; spiderwebs in multiple places in the ceiling; weird and dirty smell all over the place, specially in the towels; a broken plank in the ceiling of the bedroom; the curtain bar is broken, so if you try to open the curtain it might fall directly into your head (the bar); mold in the shower plate and all over the shower walls (which to me is the worst thing, as It could cause health issues); a WC that hasnt met a brusher probably ever and that hence is full of shit rests; and the water heater might let you down in the middle of a shower, so you will have to plan those very carefully if you are more than one person. We got in touch with booking to be relocated asap, to which they contacted CleanBNB. CleanBNB offered a free cleaning of the apartment, but, as it was only one of the problems, we answered that we wanted the refund of the deposit we made to go find another place. This happened during the day of the 12th. Clean BNB delayed the agreement another day, saying we were not communicative enough with them, so we had to spend another night there, not being able to get our refund or to sleep. By the end of the 3rd day, they agreed to give us a partial refund. That partial refund didnt include 50 euros for the cleaning service.

  : The location is great, few minutes to Colosseum. The apartment is big enough and the kitchen is well-equipped.
  : We faced several issues during our stay:- the day before arrival the property notified me that the AC is broken and offered me 20% discount, I asked for a bigger discount, but they didnt answer me. I wrote them several times, but I didnt get any response. So after check-out I had to write to Booking Support service. - the apartment isnt soundproofing, for me it was quite difficult to fell asleep as you could hear all the sounds from the street and neighbors.
