  : The location was outside of the city close to the Metro. The beds were extremely comfortable. Ventilation in the room was good. The esthetics of the room was very modern.
  : Hot water was lacking. There was no coffee on sight but many shops close by.

  : first all the taxi charged at 60.00 one way that is not even the issue when we got the address we got there about 9:30 pm because our flight was delayed when got to this address it was kind of scary we couldnt find the building so the taxi driver called the manager even the taxi driver was confused then the owner asked the taxi driver to was us to the right building and taxi driver said to him I will not leave my taxi here it is not a safe place. even the taxi driver told us what are doing here he said (not good) so then he taxi driver for us to start walking that someone would come out and meet us so waited no one came out so we started calling on the calling boxes finally a gentleman came could not understand him but he tried to help us finally about 10:06 the manager called he said he was coming right over to check us in again he said he would be right over mean while he said I will let you in the building remotely by phone we get into the building he tell us go into the room get room key 101 we told him there is no room key with the number 101 only with 104 so he take that room and tomorrow you can switch so we go into the room then I had to call ask him was coming he said be right there I called him 10:43 pm again he said on my way did get there until almost 11:47 pm I was trying to get another hotel that night but couldnt finally he came and we told him that we paying the first night only then then he was not happy and kind of arguing with us we got up and left as you see in my booking we got a other hotel for next 3 nights at exe international hotel then we tried to get a taxi could not not to mean taxis around that area finally we found someone that helped us we very scared even that person told us it was not a good area we would like you credit our credit card for 3 nights thank you I will also right to my credit card about this issue

  : The room had a TV with Netflix, good number of plug sockets in the room. Air conditioning was amazing - very quick and cooling. Beds were comfy. Location was a bit out of the city centre but very easy to access using public transport (buy a day pass for the public transport and you will definitely make your moneys worth!) (The photo Ive added was taken as we were leaving so the messy beds was us - they were originally beautifully made! And the shutter on the window comes all the way down to block out light very effectively)
  : The shower leaked creating a puddle on bathroom floor (but the bathroom was very good besides that- powerful shower!!). We think we also worked out that if another shower was on at the same time then the hot water didnt work for you until the other shower had stopped (this only happened once though)
