  : The location of the apartment is great! Amazing actually. You can walk to almost everything you would want to see, plus there are good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The size of the apartment is also a plus, especially for a family. Lots of room to spread out.The cleaning staff were very nice and it was clean and tidy when we arrived.
  : Watch out for museum/gallery events! We were there for 8 nights and for 3 nights there were private events at the art gallery. The noise was intense! The sound system shook and buzzed the windows, shutters and even the glasses on the table, and the lasers/lights flashed into the apartment. It was loud and bright. Due to the lack of blinds on all windows, the light comes into the apartment. The noise goes until midnight and then the clean-up crews make noise until 1am or so. You never know what you're coming back to.....it could be a nice, quiet apartment or a massive loud party.Unfortunately the apartment management never compensated us for the loud nights. We were essentially ghosted - not professional or courteous.A few other minor things...there is a smell from the shower drains/bathroom (but it is an old building so kinda normal) and the floor is lifting/ not quite level.

  : Its location was near most interesting sites.
  : The flat we got could only be accessed via stairs, steps were slippery and very difficult to navigate while carrying luggage. It was not indicated in the description that the flat could not be accessed via elevator. The birds (and cats?) living on the roof above us were extremely noisy at night. The balcony right outside our flat could be accessed by whoever had a key to the door to the stairs, so it was noisy and an intrusion to privacy.

  : The location is awesome lots of places to eat and visit. it is historic and well furnished and comfortable.
  : The elevator only goes to second floor and there are a fair number of steps to the apartment. This is not an actual negative but a caution if you are physically impaired or hauling a ton of luggage. The initial staff contact was confusing and it took some time for the key guy to get there. Very good familiarization with apartment but we never heard from him again unless we had questions and texted him. When leaving we asked the woman at the desk to call us a cab; she refused! So we were left to drag all our bags a 1/2 mile to the cab stand.

  : Location and view excellent.Clean premises and very friendly agent who met us and was able to be contacted by phone when required . Great position near the Pantheon and extremely quiet rooms . Many thanks .
  : All good but air conditioning may be a little better as quiet warm . There were a lot of stairs but no problems for us . May cause a few problems if bad knees!

  : this is a fantastic apartment in a glorious location close to piazza navona. the decor is fairly unremarkable but the roof terrace, with views over the rooftops of Rome is stunning.

  : Unbeatable central location, walk to everything, yet quiet at night because apartment faces beautiful inner courtyard, very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious, well-maintained, nice terrace, very good communication and troubleshooting by host, good air conditioning. Great bistro downstairs offers tasty and healthy breakfast, lunch, coffee, aperitivo, etc. (closes at 8 pm). Inside architecturally stunning Renaissance cloister building by Bramante - that alone is worth the stay! Highly recommended.
  : Check-in was slightly problematic because when I arrived the apartment hadn't been cleaned after the last guest (I was told this was because the cleaner had been in a scooter accident), but a replacement cleaner arrived almost immediately and did an excellent job (I just went out for a walk and a coffee while he cleaned, so it was no big deal). Then a similar thing happened on my checkout - the car that was supposed to take me to the airport didn't arrive, also because the driver had apparently been in an accident. I called the host, who immediately called a taxi for me, and I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. My guess is that I just happened to have a bit of bad luck with two traffic accidents and that cleaning and airport transfer are usually smooth, given the professionalism of the hosts/managers. At the end of the day, these two incidents resulted in only minor inconvenience for me, and did not in any way detract from an otherwise wonderful stay in an excellent property that I would stay in again without hesitation. But I would advise that you build in enough extra time to get to the airport or train station in case there's a glitch - Roman traffic is unpredictable!
