  : The location is terrific and only a few minutes walk from St Peter's square. A lovely character filled building with a clean and convenient apartment. We had an electronic key in an app on the phone. It was a little clunky to start with but once you got used to it it was pretty good and convenient.
  : The bathroom layout is a bit tight, and I can't say that the shower was great, but everything was there for you.

  : The apartment was in an amazing location, literally a 5 min walk to the Vatican City and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was modern and spacious with great facilities. Bedrooms were large and the living room was spacious. The bathroom was modern and also had a washing machine.
  : On the morning we left we had some issues with the building security/staff complaining about us loitering in the foyer when we were transporting our cases from the apartment. There were 6 of us staying with 8 suitcases, the apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and the lift is only large enough for 1 person and a max of 2 cases, so it did take some time to transport them down. The building staff eere hasseling us to move out of the building before all of our cases were moved.

  : Everything. Spacey, big enough for 4 people. Comfortable beds. Love the interior design. I believe the owner has a thing with Marilyn Monroe . Location wise is perfect, since our main interest was Vatican City, only 5 mins walking. There are lots of shops ( restaurants, souvenirs, clothes) nearby and close to public transports. Although, we do enjoy walking around and found some hidden gems ourselves. Love the guide book they leave for guests, sharing suggestions on where and how to go, recommendations on restaurants etc. Valerio also very helpfull and respectfull in communicating with us. Thanks for making our stay in Rome more pleasant !
  : It had nothing to do with the room itself, but the elevator is really small. Only fits for 2. Maybe 1 person if you bring big luggage. And the apartement gate ( front door) open and closing really slow. If I were a solo traveller and as a woman, it would raise an alarm in a matter of safety. Buut need to stress that they do have cctv. And surrounding area seems safe enough.

  : The location was brilliant and the size of the apartment was good for it's central location.
  : The place was not clean. Walls and generally not super clean.Dissapointingly we lost power at 8pm one night. I made contact and told they would look into it. At 5am the next morning my partner had to find a cafe to charge phin s so he could work and also access the premises.Contact was again made at 5.30 and then 7.15. I then had to call a different number at 7.45.I was told someone would be in to fix it ASAP. At 11.30 I again made contact to see what was happening. Only turned back in just before noon. All the food in the fridge spoiled.Told it was because we had the washing machine and the kettle on at the same time!Dissapointing.

  : Great location, super kind host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment is very functional and cozy, especially for big groups.
  : Utensils might be updated, chair covers too; bathroom is bit mouldy, but that is common in old buildings. However, the staying was very pleasant and these small flaws didn't affect much our general impression.
