  : Really nice place. No-frills. Pretty basic but clean and comfortable. All you need is there. Well equipped kitchen with a terrace - very convenient. Friendly and easy going owner. Easy to lave / pick up your luggage before or after your stay. I'd definitely come back.
  : I was lucky: I had a courtyard room. Beware of the noise if your room is on the front side. Traffic in Rome is 'pazzesco';)

  : Smooth check-in process with a possibility to leave luggage before 2pm. Comfy beds, soft towels. BIns in the room emptied out every day. Nearby, there is a fantastic restaurant with deliciuos Italina pizza/pasta/wine.
  : Kitchen could have been better equipped - sometimes there weren't enough glasses or cups. Toilet flush was very loud and noise from the pipes was heard through the bedroom walls.

  : The atmosphere and the building are clean, safe and tidy, the staff is helpful and the rooms are bigger than seen in pictures.
  : WIFI was not working inside the room, and the bathroom has a different plumbing system you can hear the refill noise. It needs a little bit more cleaning to feel that fresh effect. The location is not bad but not perfect for short-time visits. The room was noisy as indicated in other comments but that was not a big problem.

  : Nice looking room, well conected to the city center. Walking distance to Termini Station.
  : Our room was overlooking the main street, so it was a bit noisy (the same property has rooms turned to the backyard and I am sure they are better!). Another issue is the toilet - after flushing the roaring sound of water going through the pipes. I believe it is possible to do something about it.

  : The room was clean.and spacious. Also the self check-in was very easy and convenient too. The location was also good, just a 20 minute walk from Termini Station.The area is quite safe too. I walked to the apartment every evening and felt always safe. Close to the apartment there is a nice, cosy restaurant and a small store where you can buy drinks/ snacks.
  : My room was facing a busy road, which made it very difficult for me sleep. But not only... the apartment is close to a railway bridge. Trains cross this bridge and their noise reverberate in the room. The owner, kindly offered me a set of earplugs, however when you sleep sideways these can get very uncomfortable. I am a light sleeper and unfortunately I did not manage to get the much needed rest.The room in itself needs an upgrading. The shower is very small, has no soap dispenser inside it, and the rubber lining it, is coming out. After you wash your hands, you can hear the water gurgling through the pipes, making loud, eerie noises which, lasts for a couple of minutes! The first time I was quite perplexed for I had no idea, how long these sounds would last and how I will ever manage to sleep with all the noise!. Eventually you'll get used to these sounds, but I do not think this should be so.
