  : The location is very good.
  : In the pictures, the room looks super beautiful, clean and like new. But in reality it is very, very used, the walls are black at the base, the bathroom cabinet where the sink is is cracked and the paint is coming off. The sink looks awful. The curtain and the drapery are detached and the refrigerator is put there for nothing because it doesn't work. The pictures were taken probably 10 years ago... the room looks very dirty.

  : The only good thing is the location.
  : There is so many things we didn’t like about this hotel. The hostess is very hard to reach on the phone, the reception is not 24h open so if anything happens to you out of the staffed hours in the reception you have nobody to help. They charged us a 20€ fee for a late checkin (because we lost our flight and we arrived late at night, 2:00 am approx. and they had to hire somebody to open the door for us). It’s not a hotel, it seems that they turned an old apartment into different hotel rooms. The locks, both the door street and the room are very hard to open. I’ve never slept more uncomfortably in my life, the mattress and the pillows are very hard. The room walls could use some fresh paint and some fixing in the room as well.We were two days without wifi, we had to ask multiple times for them to give us the wifi password. Again, no one in the reception for us to go and ask.The last day there, to put the cherry on top, we went to pay for the stay and they charged us twice. Later, we went to complain and there was no one in the reception so we had to talk to her through the phone.Anyway, not good value for money. Look for another hotel. The pictures look nothing like the reality.

  : The room was very clean and neat. Staff very friendly and the location is perfect. Everything was reachable by foot
  : Outside noise was very loud sometimes, the hotel is in the center of the city so during the evening loud cars and loud people can be heard. If you are not a heavy sleeper, this could be an issue.

  : The location was very good. Many monuments and shops were in a close walking distance.
  : I never write a bad review unless all the below take place at the same time during a 3-night stay. 1. The lift broke on our first day there. I immediately send a message to the host who said there is nothing she could do and can only handle it the next day. The lift was repaired at noon of the next day so we had to go up and down three floors for almost a whole day. My mother who is 70 was with me so you understand that this got me worried about her health too. 2. On the second day the key to the main door of the building wasn't working and I called and messaged the host who didn't reply until late at night, only to tell me that she is not available (a resident of the building opened the door, otherwise we would be left outside). 3. The host (maybe because she didn't like that we complained about the broken lift and the broken main door, didn't put water bottles in the fridge, even if she did so the previous days. 4. Every night the garbage bins from outside were moved in the entrance of the building. As a result a horrible smell was there every single night.5. The A/C was noisy, so if you cannot sleep with a noise on, I don't recommend you sleep there. 6. The bathroom floor had stains from the previous tenant's soap foam (not pleasant to be the first to take a shower there), and lastly, the faucet handle was broken.
