  : rooms are extremely spacious and modern bathroomsthe location is great, right in between piazza navona and the Vatican with lots of great restaurant options
  : property was a little hard to find with no car access so we had to lug our suitcases for quite a whileno one was available to let us in and no one was responding online to share the code which was annoying after a long day of travel. after some time a guest walked out and we were able to get in. our key was on the room door so self service is really the name of the game here

  : Everything was okay before I checked out.There are no staff at the facility. He comes just for a few hours a day. And when I left, there was no one there.I sent him a picture that I left the keys and informed him that Im leaving. He replied later, I couldnt wait because I had have to go to the train station. And then he said I have to pay taxes 10,5 euro per 3 days. But 2 days was booked by my friend who left the first day. I booked one night more on booking.com. So at least I spent 3 nights there. I was sure that if I booked it on booking, its included. Maybe its my fault that I didnt pay attention at this, okay.But I was in my way to another city already, I couldnt pay in cash. He said I can pay cash only. I asked to give me any alternative way to pay. I can transfer it somebody or pay on a website.He said: No, no its not my problem. Cash only He was rude and impolite. I asked a telephone number of his boss, but he said again: No, its not my problem. My boss has your documents and youll have troubles. I dont understand how it possible, because I proposed to pay. Just I could do it online only.Then I asked this guy to help me, that maybe I can transfer to him money and hell pay this taxes for me. I said that I could give him some tips for the favor.He said that he can do this for 100.Its ridiculous. So he thought Ill pay 110 instead of 10,5? He was really rude in chatting with me and always asked do not disturb him. At the meantime he denied my request to give me a telephone number of his boss. My impression about Rome was ruined because of this situation. Really, I was so disappointed. And still if an owner of this facility contact me and well find a compromise, I will pay this 10,5 euro and fix this misunderstanding
