  : The location is good for someone who needs to travel from Termini. We notified the property about our arrival and were met. Quiet rooms.
  : Breakfast is provided in the bar outside the property on the next street (pastry, coffee and juice). Bathroom needs updating,

Disappointing

  : Great location near Termini which was convenient for getting around Rome or other cities nearby. Bathroom was spacious.
  : The room did not look like the pictures, and the bunk bed lacked parts of it which made it seem like it could break any time. The daily cleaning of the rooms are taking the trash and refill of toilet paper and no folding of bed sheets etc. They said we were going to get new towels every second day, but sometimes it was forgotten and they did not even give towels to all several times.Also on arrival, one has to pay the city tax in cash (which is ok), but they did not have enough change and were supposed to give us the rest later. Never heard anything more about it. It was not much, but when you know that people have to pay in cash and that they most likely do not have the exact amount on arrival, one should have enough change.There is a bar and restaurant right outside the place, so it can be pretty loud at night. If you are easily disturbed by noise and sounds, do not stay.

  : Facilities are much older for the renewal.

  : - The location is good - near to the train, metro, and bus station - Possibility to leave luggage after check out
  : - They throw in the garbage my teeth prosthetic (retainer) when they cleaned the room. They try to find it in the garbage but they didn't, of course. This retainer is transparent and it was in white tissue, so it's very hard to see and find. It is like finding a needle in a haystack. Even if they found that I wouldn't put that in my mouth.....They didn't refund me money or something for that. They also claim that I am lying about throwing my teeth prosthetic in the garbage. - There are no windows in the room. - Salsa classes are in the other flat, so sometimes is very loud. - Poor breakfast.

  : The only good thing is the location, in front of the main train station.
  : This place is terrible. Dirty, old, bad odor, things don't work, the guy who is in the "reception", don't speak properly Italian. The entrance of the building is awful, and the reception is a tinny corridor in between the rooms. Breakfast takes place in a coffee nearby, just a coffee and a croissant are included.It's the worst place I've ever been.

  : Close to train station and comfy room, it had all the necessities for our stay. Pretty good value for money.
  : There was a bit of outside noise (street noise etc) that kept us up at night, no remote for our aircon, very small elevator and I think the check in process can be communicated a bit clearer. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay
