  : The location is fantastic and very close to the station and to do sightseeing
  : 1. So we were told to take the card out of the room and put it on the front door. The possible reason is that they want to save money on electricity and so on. Hence you can't leave the aircon on when you leave, it is very hot in summer and the humidity in a small place is a killer. So we forgot to do that on the first night, we found out when we came back that they had opened the door and taken the card out of the room. This, to me, is a security and privacy concern and not on. 2. The rooms are tiny. You pay for what you get.3. The kitchen where they serve breakfast is next to your room, so hence remember the noise when you do decide to sleep in. 4. Even though we were getting ready to check out for 10 p.m., the lady that manages the places constantly knocked on the door even though we asked what is it she didnt want to respond till we open the door. So, she opened the door, and she mentioned breakfast is till 10 if we want bfast, and that also to remind hs that we need to check out at 10. Honestly, i feel she kept on doing that to make sure we check out at 10 rather than the breakfast. Cause she did not knock for breakfast the day before. It's very frustrating.

  : Location is great, just a short walk from the Termini and 20-30 min walk from the centre. The room is small, but very cute.
  : Staff started knocking on the door at exactly 10 for us to check-out, my friend was just drying her hair, we would be ready to leave in 5-10 min, but the lady walked into the room and was standing on top of us until we left. Also, we had troubles working the AC at night, we tried to message the owners to understand why it doesn't work (we pressed all possible combinations), but it was late. In the morning after I complained about the AC, the lady at reception was chasing us to the elevator to prove a point that AC was ok and we were just stupid.

  : Clean, tidy, nice breakfast, good place(close to the center, the metro station, the central bus station from the airport, in walking distance from most of the monuments)
  : A little bit noisy if you open the window
