  : The location of the apartment is really pleasant. It's about 30 minutes walk to the Coliseum and The Vatican City. The comfort and cleanness was on good level.
  : The construction site on the opposite side of the street was a bit noisy, even though there's nothing much to be done from the owner of the apartment.

  : Excellent location close to many attractions and friendly host who helped us organize our taxi ride to the airport. It does have a surprisingly well equipped kitchen, although it was difficult to use (see below).
  : Where do I even start? This place bills itself as a luxury apartment - it is not. I rarely write reviews but our stay here was so awful that I felt compelled to share our experience so others don't have to experience what we experienced.WARNING: THIS PLACE ACCEPTS ONLY CASH. It might have been in the fine print somewhere, but was not disclosed upfront and we didn't realize it until the last minute when it was too late to rebook. We had to run around at the last minute looking for ATMs to get enough cash to pay upfront. This was the first red flag with this place and quite sketchy. They also charged us a $70 "cleaning fee", which was ironic since the place was so dirty.Bathroom: The bathroom was quite dirty and the toilet stank horribly like sewage. Even with the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door closed, the smell was so bed that it woke us up at night.Kitchen: The kitchen is tiny, which is fine for Rome, but it was essentially unusable because the hot plates turn off very quickly from overheating. We had hoped to cook in this place while we stayed in Rome but ended up eating out because cooking anything hot was exceptionally difficult.Beds: The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and definitely a double, not a queen as advertised. I've also never seen lumpier pillows in any accommodation.Air Conditioning: We thought the AC would be a nice respite from the heat in Rome. We were wrong. Fortunately it was fairly cool during our stay, but we couldn't use the AC when it got warm because it sounds like a jet engine when it is turned on, making it impossible to sleep. We decided to turn the AC off and just open the windows to cool it down, but there are no screens, so we got bitten by mosquitos, and Italians seem to feel the need to shout and race their cars down the street at all hours of the night, so it was very noisy. We slept very poorly for our entire stay.

  : The bed was HARD! The pillows had no support, the air conditioner didnt work properly and was noisy. It would also be nice if the property provided some small comforts for travellers, like some laundry detergent, tea bags and sugar.
