  : The bedding was really bad. The queen bed was smaller than what we expected. The third bed was a futon that was uneven and very hard. My husband was not able to sleep on the queen bed and didn't sleep decently on the futon for two nights. If the owner would invest in a new master bed and a good sofa, the place would be really good. If they don't, I do not recommend it

  : The apartment is very small. On Booking.com there are several photos of apartments on site. The actual apartment we rented, was very small and does not correspond to the first photo listed for this apartment on Booking.com. This is misleading. The ceiling in the bedroom was so low, we had to be careful not to hit the head. Also after completing the booking, the host sends an email with additional charges. The price listed on Booking.com is not what one needs to pay for the apartment. Again, this is very deceiving.

  : Freezing cold at night. Bed linen really needs replacing. Precarious stairs from bedroom to ground floor- didnt feel safe. No TV in living room- really old furniture needs replaced

  : Lady that ran the place was ultra friendly and accomodating - the apartment has everything you need and is in the best location. Can be a bit tight for larger people as there is a narrow staircase a low roof upstairs but suited our needs perfectly. If it had a washer it would have been even better!

  : The apartment was very well located, in walking distance to important and beautiful places to visit in Rome. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, we were in contact some days before our arrival in Rome to make the stay as good as possible. The apartment was well furnished. The bed upstairs was comfortable and the kitchen had the necessary utensils.
  : The sofa-bed downstairs was not comfortable to sleep in. The apartment could be cleaner in general.

  : Hostess was very responsive and helpful upon our arrival to let us in. Location was very good. Appreciated accomodations of luggage at early arrival. Also, hostess helped us with local restaurants as well as shuttle and taxi service options for our departure. Linens were nice quality.
  : The mattress in the loft was very lumpy and my spouse unable to sleep on it (older?) which left them sleeping on an older futon-type sofa down stairs. The unit description stated it had a kitchen, but there was no cookware, silverware or cooking utensils which made the cost of our stay more costly than expected. We had to eat our yogurt with a cracker, and all meals at restaurants. The coffee container was empty and appeared to be a convenience that was not refilled for us. Minimum shampoo and 2 thin bars of soap for entire unit stay. No dishwashing detergent available although we were instructed to wash dishes before departing. Wish host would offer refund for services promised but not delivered. The weather was cooler, and an extra blanket would have come in handy; luckily we had brought a travel blanket and was able to sleep with it. Not sure if blanket under futon/sofa was cleaned for each visit.
