  : The location was perfect. We walked everywhere from here. There is also a fabulous ice cream kiosk a 3-minute walk away. The apartment was a treat. We had booked it as it was a special occasion. My only regret is that we did not talk full advantage in just hanging out in the apartment. Marco was the perfect host. Was very helpful with answers to my questions prior to arriving and once I was at the property.
  : These are minor niggles. A bigger kettle and toaster would have been useful as there is generally going to be more than 2 people in the apartment. The small shower room - the shower leaked a lot onto the floor. In itself, this is fine. Most of us have experiences of this in our own homes. However, it would have been helpful to have some towels to mop up the water. But these are minor niggles, and are not enough to stop me from returning to this apartment.

  : huge stylish apartment with high ceilings in the middle of ancient Rome, just minutes away from Piazza Navone, Pantheon etc. Beautifully decorated with huge Caravaggio repro and some original paintings. Always nice & cool inside. A lot of privacy for up to 4x 2p, with really spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds, seats and own bathrooms. Only the fourth bedroom (up the stairs) is rather basic. All together a very positive experience.
  : Maybe we expected a bit more luxury for this rate: modern coffee machine, some of the seats and sofas are not really comfortable. And we experienced some smaller inconveniences: some repetitive noises in the building, dishwasher tray lacks most wheels, some lights werent working, a bath stop was missing, shower head mount is broken. The host always responded accurately to requests, gave good advice, but we could not get more towels halfway the week

  : For a group of 8 family members this apartment was very spacious.The beds were comfortable.
  : Leaking shower in one bedroom and difficulty turning another shower on. Contacted the owner about these issues. He returned my message saying he would send someone as soon as possible and would send a video on how to turn the shower on. No one ever arrived to fix the seriously leaking shower. I was not able to retrieve the video. Thankfully, since we were family, we shared another shower. Front door was very difficult to open with the key. Had 3 power outages during the 8 days we occupied this apartment. Kitchen sink faucets were a little problematic. One side the water ran almost like a spray and at times just trickled out. Other side was forceful. Because we were a group of 8 family members we adjusted to the issues. However, the door key & kitchen faucets situations were identified by the owners associate when we arrived (not the leaking shower). Photo of wet towel to absorb water from leaking shower added.
