  : Our host was very friendly and arranged all practicalities with personal touch. Even though it was low season and I believe we were the only guests in the premises in mid-April, he organised a dinner for our family and with a very reasonable cost. Very clean and tidy. Recently renovated rooms with superb cleanliness. Good heating. Decent beds where I slept best in Italy so far.
  : Breakfast was quite modest probably due to low season so not many guests. But it was served with a warm Italian heart. English was only supported by google translator but it was done well, and of course it was also expected from our side that basic italian knowledge would be helpful when staying at stunning countryside locations. So absolutely not a burden. This is why we came here after spending a few days in crowded Rome... to explore the true Italy.

  : Big (queen) bed. Very friendly owner, always cheerful. Very good restaurant.
  : Small room. Creaking bed, the mattress should be replaced.

  : It's a B&B and for that it it was amazing! cozy and and warmth!
  : we did have a little problem with one of the rooms that lacked the toilet seat. it was broken and in the way of being fixed.

  : Wonderful terraces at different levels to enjoy your meal. A very basic place but clean and comfortable and an amazing host. The restaurant/pizzeria has a very good reputation and I'm sorry it was closed on the day I stayed. A wonderful area to explore.
  : Other than having a tiny room (for a great price) with my 2 dogs absolutely nothing.
