: The double bed which is actually two single mattresses put aside, not confortable for a couple The extra charges for the towels, and another for the sheets The location, pretty far from the center of riva (3km) The threatening of an 80€ extra charge if the trash bag was still in the house after checking out (better way to ask for it than threatening with such a tax I think)

: Apartment was very comfortable. I see following benefits:- fully equipped kitchen (dishes, coffee machine, microwave, ...)- new furniture with comfortable space for our things- beautiful view on mountains from terase- good location (silent place, near the shop)- good communication with owner (manager)We definitely enjoy our vacation.
: All was ok. I see only one point for improvement - better place for check-in is apartment. Movement between office and apartment is "something extra". But it was nothing terrible...

: Nice view and quiet for relaxing
: Reception far away from property , basically in another town at 10 miles of distance from the residence. Need to collect and drop off the keys there. This feature was not reported in the ad and once called over the phone people haven’t mentioned the place is run by the estate agency. Paid 26€ extra by cash because the service of laundry. Matter of fact the cover sheets of the beds were not clean.
