  : The hotel is okay'ish. Not great but meets the basic standards. The own private beach right next to the hotel is a big plus. Also dogs are allowed and there is a public beach next to the hotel where they can swim too. Very rare in Italian hotels to have a set-up like this as normally dogs have their own beaches not in a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was nice and had a great fruit selection. The coffee was good too.
  : The dinner at the hotel was a huge disappointment. Thankfully we were not charged the full amount (however I think that was a mistake...) The food quality and service requires a lot of attention to reach the 4-star rating. We preferred to eat at a pizzeria nearby the hotel where the food was excellent. The location is remote although it did not bother us for couple of days stay but I would not stay longer than that in here.

  : I recently stayed at Aregai Marina Hotel and Residence in Santo Stefano al Mare, and I must say that while there were some positive aspects to the stay, there was a significant issue that left me disappointed.The hotel itself is well-maintained and the location is charming. However, I encountered a major inconvenience when it came to transportation. My party and I had an early train to catch, and we inquired multiple times about the possibility of booking a taxi in advance. The hotel staff assured us that it wouldn't be a problem, and we trusted their word.To our dismay, on the morning of our departure, we learned that no taxi had been booked as promised. As a result, we missed our train and had to scramble to find alternative transportation options, which cost us extra money and unnecessary stress. It was frustrating to have relied on the hotel's assurance, only to be let down at a crucial time.While I understand that taxi availability in a small town can be challenging, the lack of transparent communication about this potential issue was disappointing. Had we been informed earlier, we could have made alternate arrangements and avoided this inconvenience.I appreciate the hotel's attempt to address the situation in their response, but it doesn't change the fact that we were left stranded due to their oversight. I believe that a good guest experience relies on clear and accurate information, which was lacking in this instance.It's unfortunate that such a seemingly minor issue had a significant impact on our trip. I hope that the hotel takes this feedback seriously and considers enhancing their communication practices to prevent similar issues for future guests.Overall, while there were positive aspects to our stay, the lack of communication regarding transportation arrangements left a sour taste in our mouths and overshadowed our overall experience.

  : The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The private beach access was nice. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful
  : This location doesn't have great access to town. The dinner was okay and lacked, being a solo traveler, I was sat at a table by the main entrance when there was plenty of sitting else where with a view. I felt ignored and forgotten. Online it says beach view, however I was given a room that overlooked bushes and scraggly scrubs. Took away from the appeal.

  : The beach looked not well maintained. Does not worth the high price tag. In the room everything was the cheapest. Was not convenient for a family with a kid.
