WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Il Casolare Val Di Mare in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at an extra charge of EUR 5 per person per week.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 1 May until 30 September.

Please note that heating is not included and will be charged extra according to usage.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 euro per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 20 kilos / pounds.
