: Beautifully presented and clean, lovely natural saltwater pool and cute details. Pipo is incredibly welcoming and hospitable.
: Our AC didnt really work properly so it was a bit warm in the room at times.

: It is a wonderful place, especially because of an amazing host Pipo, who made us feel most welcome. He was always very friendly and helpful. The place itself is in really great location where you can easily reach historical towns (such as Voltera and others) as well as a beach, which takes about 20 minutes to get there. We hope to come back one day again. Thank you for making our vacation so special! :)

: Bippo and his wife are wonderful, very kind and friendly; the room is spaceous and very tidy; the saltwater pool and the terrace are a great bonus. The b&b is located between Cecina and Volterra and is a great spot for either trips to the beach and the inner Tuscany like Volterra & San Gimignano or Bolgheri. The breakfast is typically Italian and sufficient - the coffee/cappuccino is great. Noteworthy is the theme "plastic free zone" - good for our nature. The WLAN is very fast and reachable everywhere on the site and rooms. Will definitely come back again and am looking forward to.
: Everything was fine and the only aspect I could imagine not so we'll is the street you can hear in the garden - not to hear in your room.
