  : Hotel location was good, 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The hotel reception area was fairly modern and the staff were all really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good choice. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were good.
  : The bedroom and bathroom needed modernising. The hot water was luke-warm for the majority of our 3 night stay. The bedroom didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities, or a fridge, both of which would massively improve the experience. The safe provided wasn’t bolted down, so seemed a bit pointless really. The window in the bathroom had no mosquito guard, so had to be kept closed the whole time. We left do not disturb on our room deliberately, but housekeeping decided to come in anyway. I’m sure this was with good intention, but wasn’t required. The electricity supply kept tripping and rebooting every few minutes.
