  : The location was nice, in a quiet Ravello neighborhood. The views were great!

  : Very well appointed and comfortable with beautiful view from our room. The complex has a pool with beautiful view although we did not use the outdoor facilities due to weather conditions. Breakfast was provided in our room which was nice. Be aware that there is a hill to climb to reach Ravello square.
  : The facility manager did not want to accept that we had paid for our stay via Booking.Com despite producing a payment receipt. She debited our credit card for our stay. After we argued with her about paying twice she admitted that we had paid vis Booking.com but refused to refund our credit card. The refund had to be organised via Booking.com which took longer and caused us grief. Need to be aware of this behaviour and do not provide a credit card to them if you think you have paid. Very disappointing behaviour.

  : The fact that we could not check in even 15 min before 3 p.m. We had to wait for the host to arrive and open the gate for us. The breakfast was of a poor choice, and the balcony where you can have breakfast is only one for all rooms. The room itself is small. For the same price you could stay in a proper hotel, this is like a hostel. There are many apartments of different hosts on the same property, and they give you a bunch of 4 or 5 keys for each of the shared doors plus a remote for the parking, which is not convenient at all. The room was on the ground floor and you just can't open the window because all of the other guest can enter your room. There was a bright green light on the ceiling of the room (probably from the a/c) which made it hard for us to fall asleep. The toilet button was broken.
