  : Fabrizio was so helpful. Omg he baked for us everyday a delicious tea cake. Very comfy, plenty of space. We were there on very cold nights. It snowed. But once the rooms were warm we didnt need the heating on overnight. Was easy to find parking in the close streets. Easy to get out of town for road trips. Easy to walk down to Regusa. We took the car down to Ibla and parked there and drove back up

  : not bad accommodation with terrace, quiet street, 25min waking from bus station, good homemade sweets for breakfast
  : Broken moka coffee maker. Worn out already, not operates correctly. / Somewhere in the house, a noisy pump (or what is it) is very often switched on. / The owner probably confuses the paid accommodation service with a dormitory for naughty children. I emphasize that he nowhere publishes any restrictive rules for visits, just as the current covid restrictions for the region of Sicily definitely do not prohibit a 30min visit of an acquaintance in my room at 19:15. Nevertheless, the owner, who is probably peeking out the window and watching every guest's step, started ringing at us after about 20 minutes as an alarm and later cursed at us like little children (he was very arrogant), asking "how is it possible??", "it's forbidden", "covid blebleble...", and from my friend he forced his ID that he also had to "log in for staying". I have never experienced such behavior towards guests who pay for the service.

  : Fabrizio met us as we arrived, which was super convenient. Property is clean as a whistle, and Fabrizio delivered a tasty homemade pastry to us each morning. NICE! Parking is a breeze, right on the street in front of the property.
  : It's a bit of a walk to get here and there, but it's such a beautiful town, who cares?

  : There are no windows in the bedrooms and only 1 small in the main room This was OK for 1 night stay, but would matter for longer one. Wifi available but password not working.

  : Huge flat with kitchen and all things for preparing meal. Everything was okay. For breakfast we got good cake (home-made?). Good working air-condition. 900 m to Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista so you can leave car there for free and visit historical centre.

  : Im miffed how this property has such a high rating. It is in need of a deep clean, everything I touched needed washing and the floors were dirty. There is very little information on all aspects of this stay. Probably the worst accommodation we have stayed in and we have done a lot. The breakfast was a tray of cakes!
