  : The host was very nice, the location is great and the ambient as well.
  : I didn't like, that the electricity didn't work properly sometimes, we had to reset the safety switch. And some of the furniture was already broken from the previous guests.

  : Beatiful house in a secluded location. Lara did a great a job and has always been helpful.
  : Interaction with the agency. They are Uk based and they are not reliable in giving us correct information on the property. Some of the pillows are really uncomfortable. Last two nights we had to deal with several mice in the living room / kitchen. They were coming from the fireplace. That was not pleasant at all.

  : Very nice, secluded villa for private rent (i.e. rented as one house, instead of split apartments between guests). The villa is perfect for 2 families (8 persons) as was our group. It is in a fenced plot, surrounded only by nature and without any neighbouring houses. The pool is quite good and the patio area outside of the living room on the ground floor is great for meals and gathering. The villa is overall very nicely equipped; we really did not miss anything. Lara is a perfect manager who will welcome you very cordially upon arrival and will also be available for ad-hoc requests and information during your stay!
  : Although the location (middle of Chianti area) is quite nice as a surrounding, it may be a little far away for daily trips to Tuscany main attractions. It takes approx. half hour to get on a main road, should one want to visit Siena, Firenze or Pienza, Montepulciano, etc. It did not really bother us, as we were there for a few days and had previously visited the region a couple of times already. Also note that the distance to the closest town is approx. 5 min of dirt road (in good condition though, no special car required).
