  : The only thing I have appreciated is that the staff was kind.
  : The room was incredibly small with furniture very old fashioned and not comfortable and neglected. On top of this the temperature of the room was quite cold such to make uncomfortable taking a shower.

  : I chose the hotel for its location, not the room though in front of the hotel, it can be noisy. You can hear people talking who sit downstairs in the evening and the cars during the day. Otherwise the room was spacious, the bathroom less..
  : Did not like the receptionist or other staff members as we found them "cold". Well we booked with Booking.com, I do get that a lot in other hotels. Only the breakfast waiter was kind and professional. Not a fan of the WC in room 106, you will see for yourself...They did not have private parking for us when we arrived, but half an hour later they did for other clients, we came first? I did ask to be let know. Same for no information given about 20% discount if we book the QC Terme with them, my husband over heard the receptionist saying it to other clients over the phone, after I booked online a day spa, where I could have saved 30 euro on entrance!
