  : Location was excellent and street parking was safe and in front of the property
  : Breakfast started at 8 am, but we had to leave by 7 am. So cannot assess as not offered.

  : Nice room. Good location near to beach and centre of village. Breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe was good too. Full ,24 hour access was good too.
  : Some mentioned features weren't there, but that might have been the room I was in.

  : The downstairs pizza place is really nice and the people are very friendly there, but I would not recommend this apartment.
  : When we arrived we had to wait for 20-30 minutes for someone to figure out how we can get into the apartment; gladly someone at the pizza place right next to the apartment helped us. The place was clean but is very noisy both from the restaurant outside and the others inside the house. We didn't get any breakfast and the owner, though she said she would show up in the morning, didn't come to collect our money for the night. We had to leave it with the cleaning lady.

  : The location is close to the beach, the ferry, and so great restaurants and cafes.Cheap option.Wi-fi provided.
  : There is no staff at all. No one was available at any stage of the stay at all. The room looked nothing like the photos at all. There was black mould on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom. It was nosy all evening from the pizza shop below - which didn't bother me, but you should know this if you're a light sleeper. Finally, it was a bed and breakfast that served no breakfast (despite it being stated as included)! I booked this as a budget option and I guess that is what I got. Would only recommend if you really are counting the pennies.

  : The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful.
  : The breakfast was just a croissant and a coffee. Also somes of the facilities mentioned (for ex., minibar, bathrobe) weren't there. It wasn't an issue for a short stay.

  : A central little b&b in the heart of pozzallo. very helpful in accommodating us with storing our 3 bicycles in the room.
  : property could do with some maintenance eg replace broken toilet seat, light bulbs etc

  : DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Didnt even see it. Had to find another accommodation!
  : DO NOT BOOK!!! Not reachable,Never took the accommodation we booked.Called multiple times - no answer. Sent multiple messages - no answer. Neighbors also called the owner but no answer!! Offering 24hours front desk which doesnt exist!!! Nobody there!!!! Spent hours waiting and just gave up. Shame and unacceptable!!!
