: The balcony view was amazing you look down the city & partial view of ocean. Its a Vintage hotel. Breakfast was outdoor with a breathtaking view & wide variety of food. It is a walk downhill to get to city center but then going back to hotel was a bit of struggle.

: Excellent view, service, and location.
: We paid extra for a large, premium room in order to have a balcony. However, the AC system in the room turns off if you use the balcony at all. So your choice is to forego the balcony and be comfortable, or use the balcony and roast in the heat. I would not recommend paying up for the top tier rooms during season for this reason, but would recommend staying at this hotel in one of the junior rooms.

: Our worst booking on Booking.com. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that other people were staying in our room. We were offered a replacement room that was much better (according to the hotel manager), which was actually much worse, just a hole. Bedroom under the roof with small window.The hotel managers were unable to resolve this situation! Booking.com could not resolve this situation! Booking.com was unable to provide a refund for this type of booking.Be careful if you decide to book this hotel - judging by the reviews, this is not the first time they have done this; other guests also had similar situations when they were placed in the same room under the roof against their will.

: The view from our room was fantastic. Breakfast was also really good and restaurant staff were very attentive.
: The room we booked was no longer available when we arrived for checkin. The staff had moved us to another room which was not as nice. The gentleman at the concierge had a take it or leave it attitude.A very big thank you to Jose (Josephine) for coming to our rescue, bringing calmness and empathy to the situation and upgrading us to the wow room for the rest of our stay. She was absolutely delightful and made our stay extra special
