  : Spacious house with a nice sunny garden, good view of the mountains and the valley leading to Portoferraio. The house had recent works. Kitchenette equipment and toilets are all brand new. Beds on both rooms are really nice also. Convenient private car park in the premises was very useful. The owners even have a parking place in a nearby beach. Germana, who received us, explained exactly all the house rules and amenities. Overall nice stay.
  : We had a couple of problems. First the real estate that does the management of the place seamed very amateur and made us loose a lot of time and went to their office to do payments, and gave us weary info on location. Then although the house is very nice and renewed it had to much rules and "do nots". From very particular garbage disposal to use of barbecue and cleaning (as if we didn't already payed for cleaning). There was no toilet paper, kitchen cloths or any kind of courtesy items (not even soap or dish detergent). It even had a specific detergent mentioned in the "rules" for guests to buy. We ended up using the minimum of the amenities. We are not picky persons but that level of rules cause restrictions and make people feel uncomfortable even if the space is nice. During the 3 nights we spent there there were kids with motorcicles doing stunts and noise, naturally, in a nearby Parking lot. A little annoying if in the garden, not at all inside the house that has good isolation.
