Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 3 per day when used.

Heating is not included and will be charged EUR 3 per day when used.

Bed linen and towels are not provided; guests can bring their own or rent it at a cost of € 20.00 per person per week (to be requested at the time of booking).
