: Great stay at this beautiful apartment with its beautiful garden! It is very new, clean ond has everything you need. You can also make a bbq outside. And we saw fireflies in the evenings :)
: The curtains don't really allow for a dark bedroom, so you wake up when the sun rises.

: such a lovely view from the garden, really peaceful and feels like youre in the middle of nowhere , calm and quiet environment. The flat was very clean and comfortable.
: Th location was a bit far from the nice beaches / restaurants, would only really recommend it if you have a car (we had to walk / take busses everywhere). Also didnt have a few basics such as olive oil / salt / pepper, which we had to buy from the supermaket.

: Excellent apartment, amenties were perfect for families. Beautiful patio with lounge chairs. Close to supermarket and town. Owners also have a great restaurant in Portoferraio.
: I would recommend a fan in the bedroom since there was no AC in the apartment.

: We stayed in appartment Casa Santi nr. 52, on the ground floor.1.Modernly furnished, cozy apartment. Spacious enough for 2 people.2.Comfortable and clean bed 1.60 m wide, 2.00 m long.3. Nice covered front porch with a dining table and a lounge-seating, both for 4 people. View on a green and quiet garden.4. All kitchen appliances are in good working order.5. Comfortable shower with good water pressure.6.Quiet surroundings.7.5 minutes drive from the large Conad Mega supermarket.8.Free parking space only 20 meters from the apartment.9. The owner is very friendly and weloming.
: 1. The toilet doesnt function well. After use, it sometimes takes many hours for the water reservoir to fill again. Flushing twice within half an hour is not possible. You can flush the toilet manually with buckets of water. The owners have profusely apologised for the inconvenience and assured us that they will repair it. 2. Bedlinen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided for an extra fee of 20 per person. This makes the total price of the apartment quite a bit more expensive for only 4 nights. It would be more transparent if Booking.com shows the total price, including linen, cleaning and other fees. 3. The apartment is very sensitive for sounds from the upstairs neighbors.4. A light cigarette smoke odor sometimes enters through the bathroom ventilation duct.5. If there had been a washing machine, we would have stayed longer than 4 nights.6. Bring your own oil, vinegar, spices, etc. for home cooking.7. Bring your own clothes pegs for the drying rack. 8. Bring your own detergent pods for the dishwasher.9. Bring mosquito repellent: if you want to sit outside in the evening and theres no wind.
