  : The rooms were clean, towels were made of table cloth but ok for 2 nights. Easy access within the bus to main attractions. Laundromat was a plus.
  : Someone walked in while we were still sleeping unannounced. Towels were paper thin made off table cloth? I was woken by ambulance noise several time from hospital across the street.

  : We called them in the afternoon asking what the maximum time to arrive is and they told us: "There is no maximum time, call us when you come". Then we were already on our way to Pisa by train (it was 10:30 pm) and they told us that they will charge us 20 extra per person if we arrive after midnight, we asked why they didn't tell us that from the beginning, that it wasn't correct and we couldn't accept it because they told us something completely different in the beginning. After that they told us that we can't go to the hotel anymore because it was closed (it was around 23:20) and then they stopped answering our messages. We had to sleep on the street because there was no other hotel with a room available that night and there were no more trains to move us to another city. We were 2 girls in the middle of the night without any kind of protection. The people in this place only speak Italian or at least they didn't want to speak English with us, because we sent messages in English and they always answered in Italian and when we called them they would yell at us saying things in Italian. This is the worst experience we have ever had in Italy and also the Booking customer service people have not helped us so far (and of course we contacted them). Oh, and the next day they canceled my reservation and took all the money for the night as a cancellation fee... And they were the ones who didn't let us go to the hostel because they told us that there was no one there.

  : We decided last minute not stay in this facility. Room was so hot with no A/C. We were out all day with an average temp of 95 degrees F. Had Lots of mosquito bites while outside the property.

  : Nothing to like it's 37 degrees outside and they don't have air conditioning. We were sweating the whole night and couldn't sleep. Besides the loud noise of passing by cars , when you open the windows.No employees in the reception and when you call them, they don't speak English. No wifi coverage in the room, its just a lie what mentioned in the website. The area is full with mosquitos. Worst experience ever.

  : No breakfast as we were away before the break of day. Unusual system of communication, but it worked fine. We were amazed at the size and cleanliness of the rooms for this property it was top. Totally recommend it.
