  : Nice room with private bathroom at the last floor of a tall building in the outskirts of Pisa. The view from our balcony was really nice. The apartment is clean and the owner friendly and kind. There is space for parking the car a few meters away from the building.
  : The mattress of the bed was not that comfy for me.

  : I didnt like the fact that I was unable to make contact (for reasons unknown) with the host for 45 mins while standing outside the building at 10.30 at night while not certain that I was in fact at the right place. Da Debba is flat on the 6th floor of an apartment complex and there is no signage that indicates its existence in that building. I feel the host should be clearer about the exact building location and should share the access method in advance. Ultimately she did call me and everything was fine but I had a very nervous 45 minutes there for a while.

  : Near a bus stop which eased transport.
  : It is a self check in place but this info is not provided beforehand. There was no one to assist when I arrived and I had to stay at the main entrance of the apartment for a while after a very hot sweaty day outside because I didn't know how to get to the place. Luckily there was another guest inside who opened for me and helped me get settled in. The owner had apparently tried to contact me but only on the day of check in but being in a new country I had no access to wifi to see her message. There is no one to come and check if supplies are finished or not and when I asked if my room could be serviced the next day, I was told "we are not a hotel". My sheets were not clean and I had to ask for them to be changed. Because no one is checking, you can end up with no supplies or with built up trash in your room which you're expected to take out. There is no free shuttle as had been mentioned in the description.
