: This is a private home and as such it was meeting most of the expectations for facilities. Obviously the swimming pool made a difference. Overall the property has a lot of things to be able to fully utilize it.
: The property is in the middle of nowhere. The villa sits in front of a very busy road. At every hour of the night you have trucks passing by. The noise is evident and very disturbing. In addition there are a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood which are barking at every hour of the night. The room was very hot and two of them have a very noise A/R. So the choice was not to sleep and stay cold or to stay hot and being waken up by the tracks and animals. The property had a lot of facilities but it would require a refurbish. The matress were too soft, the shower handle was broken and could not stay in position, a lot of things were old. When we arrived the property did not look perfectly clean. We found remaining in the fridge. Obviously being close to the vulcano, there was often dust in the outside area. The position is not ideal, up to the hills, it is a good 20 min to get to the sea by very narrow roads. The city has two small and low end supermarket. We found a better one in the sea resort.

: The pool area is excellently designed and looks stunning. Very well equipped! The interior is comfortable enough and fits 10 people comfortably. A private garage is a plus however it is to be noted that theres only one car space.
: If this property had good air conditioning it would get 10 stars. Only issue we had. Kitchen AC wasnt working, and two of the bedrooms have only a portable AC which doesnt adequately cool the rooms as much as split type unit does and is also quite noisy. Things the owner will probably fix soon enough so go ahead and book :)

: It is a very big place and perfect for some chill time after exploring the island. Salvatore the owner was great and very accommodating, no complaints!
: It had way less greenery (the trees in front and in the back of the pool) than on the pictures. So because of that it looked a bit different than expected, but still nice
