: The impression on the website is that it is a "resort", which it isn't - it's a very pleasant but smallish family hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, tasteful and clean, with an alpine style and the breakfasts were excellent.
: There was no balcony for the room and the main terrace had rather uncomfortable chairs, so sitting outside was not really an option. As a "resort" I would have expected some garden or somewhere comfortable to sit outside. It is a shame that they have closed their restaurant. The pizzeria/trattoria in the village is fine, but limited, and other restaurants are a 20 minute drive.

: The staff are amazing, going out of their way to make your stay a pleasure and to assist with any support for your time. The facility is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. As for soft pillows as the standard ones are quite hard. Paulo is a real star and organised all types of activities for me the and the Kids, try the horse riding in the mountains, amazing!
: The bed was hard, and I like a hard bed but this was next level. everything else was amazing.
