  : The hotel is very well located, they have their own parking (not included) and entertainment team, the spa is very nice (not included) , good breakfast, loved the outside pool! They also have all inclusive option which is nice for families (I did not use it).The room had a terrace with an amazing view of the sunset and the sea ! Water for free in the room (4 per day)The staff was lovely and very kind to leave a gift for my dad on his birthday!
  : My room was not very clean when we arrived (some trash was left behind) They didn’t have enough parking spaces and also not enough seats at the beach for all the guests - make sure you book it in advance !

  : The location of the hotel is great, and that is the only good part of it all
  : The rooms are really dated, and the bed is not comfortable at all. Breakfast options are very limited. Be aware that the pool opens only from June, this should have been highlighted and communicated with guests before booking

  : Location is fantastic for accessing the Baia Flaminia beach. Pesaro center is ~30mins walk. Staff were friendly.
  : The main issues are ones of misrepresentation and bad value for money. It’s an old hotel, and it’s in need of a refurb. Broadly it looks nothing like the photographs when you turn up. The room was fairly scuffed up, the bathroom is from a different era, shower door was hanging off, shower head didn’t fit in the holder, mattresses showing their age.Despite being advertised as with parking, the carpark was full, and it clearly takes alot less cars than there are rooms, so don’t expect that to be available.We paid for spa / sea view, and the spa was closed on one of the three days we were there.Breakfast was OK, coffee instant from a machine which is terrible but there’s a real bar downstairs.Most of these issues would be overlooked at a lower price, but the facilities need money spending to at least fix the basics, and some more honest photos taking would mean less disappointed guests.

  : Only the staff was good.
  : Location was bad. They have rooms at backside called Faminia Inn. It was totally on back side of hotel. Not really nice. Also I would not rate this proerty as 4 star. When mentioning issue to Booking.com but their service is bad too. Not expected from them to ignore all assistance. More unhappy wiyh Booking as we pay for assisting in their service not for just as mediator.

  : Staff was friendly and helpful during the stay. The room was clean, big and had two small balconies. Bathroom was also extremely big for italian standards.
  : No way to charge your phone while keeping it next to your bed. Door was problematic although the staff offered quick help to fix it. The room looked outdated, I had to walk all around a huge room to turn off the lights as the switches were placed in uncomfortable places and the fridge only had three bottles of water in it. The small door knob inside the shower was broken making it hard to use properly without breaking it completely.
