  : The room was very cozy. It was very clean, warm and comfortable.
  : Unfortunately, we were there with many other groups of people and since the breakfast wasn't replenished, we didn't really get much from the buffet (even though we went at 8:00, breakfast started at 7:30). The attitude was a bit weird - we were constantly told we can't sit at certain tables because they were "reserved" for some one else. When we started sitting at the table they told as, after a few days they told us we can't sit there either because now someone else needs the table and we were moved again to a table in the back. Not a good feeling, felt like we really weren't valued. Felt a bit like high school with the "popular kids" (like some customers have reserved tables for some reason and some customers for unknown reasons are less valuable so they can just be moved whenever needed):D. They have a spa, which was great, but we were only allowed to go for 40 minutes which was cut short because other guests were taking longer than their "booked" time and left quite a mess after which the spa area wasn't that nice.
